When I try to run de project, a RANS Flow error appears

Likely a mesh problem
It would help if you described what you are trying to simulate and how you constructed (import format?) your geometry.
When a simulation fails, 90% of the time it's related to mesh problems. For more details see the comment "Mesh Diagnostics".
Also the Substance->Solver->Turbulence Model = K-Omega SST tends to be more robust than K-E.
