I am venturing in to using radiation and a simple model of a room with warm body in it runs very well in heat transfer however when I engage radiation it fails.

The failure occurs at the time when the program was to update the image and gives and stops cold and give this

Warning:
volume [www.1836.5] RANS Flow; Failed
Unexpected process exit.

Any fixes for this?
