Drag and drop the result you want (e.g., Scalar Fields->Cp) from the Results Tool Palette on to a vertex, then either select XY Plot (for fields) or Monitor (for variables). If you want to see the values directly then use File->Export to save as CSV (Comma Separated Values).
If you don't have a vertex in the location you want to probe then create a new one with the Others->Vertex tool on the Geometry Tool Palette.
To see and pick existing vertices (by default they are invisible) that are attached to upper topology, e.g., vertices connected to a face, you'll need to select the face, then in the Select Dialog select face->Vertices and in the Properties Panel turn the Transparent property off.
